COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client – Japan Company, provides one-stop solution covering legal, tax and financial aspect for M&A transactions. Currently having office in Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, Colombia, Vietnam and the United States.
Company is looking for an Senior Administration to join and support their team in HCMC .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The following scope of work will be performed in coordination with members of the Administration Department at each location.
 

• Prepare and send invoices.
• Management and storage of invoices and contracts.
• Bank transfers and remittance services.
• Support internal accounting operations.
• Arranging travel arrangements for internal staff and managing travel expenses.
• Updating our website.
• Management of business cards for internal staff.
• Checking of documents.
• Other general operational support for internal staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Final education is a university degree.
• Must have work experience Administration.
• Must have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1
• Fluency in spoken/written Japanese language.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel, MS Word
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Must reside in the local area of employment.
